Product Details

The Center for Disease Control has recommended the use of cloth face masks to help fight the spread of COVID-19.

This face mask is made from 100% polyester and includes two ear loops with adjustable grommets for a comfortable fit.

The printed area of the mask is approximately 7" wide by 5" tall.   This mask fits well on adult mens' faces without the grommets but, due to the adjustable grommets, can be worn snuggly by adult women, as well.

Please note - this is NOT a surgical grade mask. It is not intended for any medical or commercial uses, whatsoever. It is a simple, cloth mask designed for everyday use to cover your mouth when out in public. The mask should not be used in any medical or surgical setting.

We make no warranties that the mask prevents infections or the transmission of viruses or diseases.

Artist's Description

A very long evolutionary process directed this composition. It began as an abstract sketch I drew while listening to meditation music. That drawing of intertwined circles was sketch on a canvas, after which the curves were connected and continued throughout the three canvases. Later the flowers and birds grew out of these curved lines, and then the cohesive composition was crafted. It depicts the parent birds waiting above for the young bird to take its first flight. When it's clear that the young bird isn't ready the parents conjure up a wind and the flowers and leaves begin to swirl, lifting the little bird from it's nest. It is painted in the style Curvismo, developed by Ricardo Chavez Mendez. This is actually three separate canvases, but in compiling them for the purpose of prints of the entire triptych my photographer suggested this black border. I may incorporate the idea into the original by placing the three canvases in a custom shadow box frame with dividers between each panel...

About Claudia Goodell

Claudia Goodell

I rediscovered my love for art and found my passion for oil painting after being diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Fibromyalgia in 2005. Having previously worked as an audiologist and later in pharmaceuticals, chronic disease forced me to abandon my career to stay home and rest. What I didn't know was that a new opportunity was blooming. During this challenging period of change I was encouraged by my son-in-law, a very talented artist, to "just paint", but shortly thereafter we lost him to suicide. Having inherited the contents of his studio, his influence is present in my work. In the early years of learning to cope with all the loss and limitations that came with this chronic disease I felt...
